There's a lot ot note here. We already talked earlier today about how Amon-Ra St. Brown's rating seems too low. I think Gardner-Johnson's is a bit too low as well. Especially since he led the league in interceptions in 2022.

Gardner-Johnson also thinks the rating is too low. He took to Twitter to react after finding out that he's the 20th ranked safety on Madden 24.

Really the entire safety position is rated oddly for the Lions this year. Everyone is just kind of rated nearly the same. Both Tracy Walker and Kerby Joseph come in at 76. Rookie Brian Branch is right behind them at 75. I don't know what they're doing here. At least create some sort of separation.

As far as receivers go, Jameson Williams is still really fast. He comes in with a 98 speed rating. That makes him the second fastest receiver in the entire game. Only Dolphins receiver Tyreek Hill is faster with a 99. Williams is a 79 overall. Not bad at all.

The Lions receiving group looks pretty good as a whole. Josh Reynolds is the lowest, but he's at a 75. That's pretty good. Kalif Raymond went from a 72 last year to a 75 this year. Marvin Jones is at a 77. Tom Kennedy has a nice 69 rating. This should be a fun offense to play with.

That's all for today. Madden will release more ratings tomorrow when they drop the numbers for edge rushers and defensive linemen. Get ready to find out what Aidan Hutchinson comes in at.
