The Tennessee Titans clearly have interest in free-agent wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins. It's for good reason, too. Adding a three-time All-Pro to their less-than-stellar WR room would make tons of sense for Tennessee. They hosted Hopkins on a visit earlier this week that seemed to go well. That being said, no agreement was made between Hopkins and the Titans.

Accordingly, Hopkins met with the Patriots during the middle of this week to discuss a potential future there. He has connections to their staff, and there have been strong rumblings surrounding he and New England since the meeting. Regardless, he is still a free agent. Former Cleveland Browns GM Michael Lombardi mentioned one detail about his visit with Tennessee that could disappoint both Hopkins and Titans fans.

Normally, NFL teams charter when it comes to flights. It is a 'fancier' option than a public flight, but it is less expensive than some other options for organizations. According to Lombardi, the Titans did not do that with the star wide receiver.

Instead, Hopkins flew with Southwest Airlines.

It's an odd look for the Titans because Lombardi mentions how well they treated him on their visit. They pulled out all of the stops to try to convince him to join their offense – except a top-end trip to Nashville.
