The Indianapolis Colts hold the fourth overall pick of the 2023 NFL Draft and they're likely thinking quarterback all the way.

If choosing the next signal-caller of a franchise wasn't a daunting enough task, things might get even more complicated for the Colts very soon. Why? The Arizona Cardinals, who are slated to pick third in this year's draft, will likely receive calls from teams interested in trading up.

That goes for teams within the Top 10 and even outside of it. At least NFL Network's top draft analyst Daniel Jeremiah has one team in mind that he mentioned on his Move The Sticks podcast.

"Can I give you the team that I have been told to keep an eye on that's exploring this and looking into this?" said Jeremiah. "Again, this is just people around the league who said do not sleep on Numero 11. The Tennessee Titans. The two teams to keep an eye on with the trade-ups were the Raiders and the Titans."

A to Z Sports is able to confirm the Tennessee portion of Jeremiah's report per Buck Reising.

Throughout the entire offseason, the Colts have been expected to draft a quarterback with the fourth overall pick. Following the Carolina Panthers' trade for the No. 1 overall pick, the Colts have been expected to get the third choice at quarterback.

But the team must know they risk losing out on their preferred option if another team, like the Titans, jumps them in the 2023 NFL Draft.

If the Arizona Cardinals trade away their pick to the Titans, it would be a double blow considering it would be a divisional rival getting the best of them.

If the Colts want to secure their quarterback, they might be wise to start putting together a trade package of their own for the Cardinals.
