One of the biggest offseason rumors has been that of Jerry Jeudy potentially leaving the Denver Broncos. It's no surprise that the young wide receiver was unhappy with the way the season played out as there were several moments where his outbursts were caught on camera.

However, George Paton may have finally put those rumors to rest.

While Jeudy has struggled at times with drops in his young NFL career, he has the ability to be a top-end receiver in the NFL and Russell Wilson needs all the help he can get. Providing Wilson with more weapons, not less, is what will help turn things around.

The Broncos GM seems to understand and value this maybe the most in the organization. During a recent interview, Paton hinted that Wilson will be able to rely on Jeudy this upcoming season. The Broncos GM talked to the media about what Jeudy means to the organization and their plans for the young receiver.

The Broncos' front office was brief with reporters, giving limited insight into the offseason and the upcoming NFL season. However, albeit short, there were some huge announcements from the team. Fans have been glued to every report after it was rumored Jeudy would be gone and Paton may have finally put those rumors to bed.

"We don't anticipate doing anything with him… We like Jerry, he's going to be here," said Patton.

The Broncos GM was direct but left it vague as the landscape of the NFL is forever changing. Obviously, if the price is right, Patton would be smart to listen, but for all intents and purposes, Jeudy is here to stay.
