The Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles are adding to the history books in the best way possible. These two teams were the best all season, which is why they are both in the Super Bowl, and why they are both the number one seed.
Both of these teams had the best regular season too. They both finished with the best record in the league at 14-3, which is why both of these teams will be adding to the history books come next Sunday in Arizona.
Per Jeff Kerr of CBS Sports, this Super Bowl is the third Super Bowl matchup where each team won 14+ games in the regular season. The two previous were in 1984 when the San Francisco 49ers beat the Miami Dolphins and in 1998 when the Denver Broncos beat the Atlanta Falcons.
This Super Bowl has the potential to be as good if not better than those.
Last season they played each other, and while they were two completely different teams, the Chiefs with Tyreek Hill, and the Eagles with not as much experience or weapons, the game was pretty good.
This game could very well be better. These two teams have been juggernauts all year and will put on a show regardless of who wins. Let's just up it's the Eagles winning.
