Buffalo Bills fans won't stop hearing every single detail about Josh Allen's elbow from here to the start of the regular season.
You know how this goes. Every throw in the offseason will be overanalyzed and meticulously broken down because everyone will wonder about the star quarterback's health.
The good news is that the Bills quarterback appears to be on track to be "fully healthy for the 2023 season without needing surgery," per NFL Network's Tom Pelissero and Ian Rapoport.
In a recent report from two of the best in the business, it was indicated that Allen is benefitting from rest after playing through injury since November 6th.
"The extent of the injury, originally reported as a UCL sprain, was worse than most knew," report Rapoport and Pelissero. "But as long as Allen avoided reinjury, which he has to this point, doctors always believed he could avoid surgery and heal up during the offseason."

Avoiding surgery is huge for the Bills
To be precise, the news is about six months' worth of recovery time. While we don't know exactly the injury the Bills quarterback is fighting, we know it's "worse" than just a UCL sprain.
But had Allen torn it, he would be staring at a timetable similar to the San Francisco 49ers' quarterback, Brock Purdy. The rookie sensation will miss around six months after completely tearing his UCL in the NFC Championship Game.
The Bills quarterback finished third in MVP voting after the 2022 regular season and will be one of the most discussed players in the NFL after the team came up short of its goals in January.
