The Kansas City Chiefs secure a spot in the Super Bowl the past weekend.

They defeated the Cincinnati Bengals in a back and forth affair. Patrick Mahomes made Patrick Mahomes plays. Kicker Harrison Butker was nails. The defense made stops when they had to against the Joe Burrow-led Bengals.

Overall, every facet of the Chiefs roster had to make plays. They did exactly that. Young players stepped up in a major way for KC.

Actually, almost their entire rookie class was vital to the team's victory to secure a Super Bowl berth.

Not many teams would be able to say that about players selected in rounds 1, 2, 4, and 7 of the same draft.

The Chiefs would not have come away with a win without these players.

Trent McDuffie continued to show flashes in the secondary as he did all season long when healthy. Edge rusher George Karlaftis provided solid pressure during his rotational play.

Skyy Moore erased his early season struggles by creating a long return to help set up the final field goal for the Chiefs. Bryan Cook, Joshua Williams, and Jaylen Watson all made splash plays once starting CB L'Jarius Sneed left the game with an injury in the first quarter.

Isiah Pacheco was one of the best offensive weapons in the entire game. His running was determined and electric for the Chiefs offense.

Overall, the rookie talent for Kansas City made a massive difference. That's exciting for the Chiefs for the Super Bowl as well as the long-term future of the roster.
