Every Tennessee Titans fan remembers the magic of the 2019 season and the Titans' run to the AFC Championship Game.

The first hurdle of that playoff journey came in the AFC Wild Card Weekend when the Titans went to Foxborough to take on Tom Brady, Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots. Tennessee clinched a 20-13 road victory over the Patriots when Brady threw an interception to defensive back Logan Ryan, which Ryan returned for a touchdown in the final seconds of the game.

That would end up being the final pass Brady would throw in a Patriots uniform, leaving in the ensuing offseason for Tampa Bay.

Ryan kept the football from that special moment, and over three years later, he used it to troll Brady in the perfect way.

Ryan is now with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and a teammate of Brady. At the end of the regular season, Ryan presented the ball to Brady, asking for an autograph on his "last throw as a Patriot" with the date inscribed on the side and a note to go with it.

Brady took it to social media with the caption "come on, man."

This Super Wild Card Weekend, Brady and Ryan will be hoping to make more postseason memories as their Bucs take on the Dallas Cowboys on Monday night.

Kickoff is set for 7:15pm CST at Raymond James Stadium.
