Another day, another coaching change for the Buffalo Bills.

This time, it's wide receivers coach Chad Hall, who's being hired by the Jacksonville Jaguars. In a way, it's a reunion for Hall since he spent training camp with the Jaguars in 2014 as a player, his final stint in the league before moving on to coaching.

What's odd about the news is that Hall isn't being hired away with a promotion. Instead, it's a lateral move according to Tom Pelissero's report as Hall will also coach the wide receivers in his new job.

It also raises an eyebrow because even though Hall's contract with the Bills expired after the season, he was widely regarded as a coach beloved by the wide receivers he coached.

Hall was quite the personality in the Bills’ coaching staff thanks to his hands-on approach with the players. He even described his philosophy as one driven by his relationships with them.

The Bills have a huge decision to make moving forward to replace Hall. Not only was he a good WR coach for the team, but it's also one of the most important positions heading into the offseason. Stefon Diggs needs help at the position and now also needs a good coach to lead the unit.

Hall's departure from Buffalo is the latest in a series of coaching changes including assistant OL coach Ryan Wendell leaving the team for a promotion.
