As the Buffalo Bills try navigate a tough salary cap situation, every single scenario will be carefully discussed and meticously broken down by both fans and media. And apparently… even other NFL players will get it on the action.

Unfortunately, not everyone will have a suggestion that truly benefits the Bills. That's the case of what now appears to be a campaign by Dallas Cowboys cornerback Trevon Diggs.

Over the last few weeks, Trevon has been loudly pounding the table to get his brother Stefon Diggs in a Cowboys' uniform. The latest version of his efforts happened on Instagram when he posted an edited picture of Stefon in a Cowboys' color rush attire.

Of course, Trevon is likely just having fun at the expense of Bills Mafia's sanity. The truth is that it would be very hard to move the talented wide receiver after having signed him to a contract extension last year. And from a football perspective, why would the Bills want to move on from him?

He's still a top-tier wideout in the league. And this offseason should be about adding a wide receiver, not the other way around.

That being said, the Diggs brothers have publicly stated that they would like to be on the same team someday.

"That's a goal of mine, for sure," said the Bills wide receiver during Super Bowl week after confessing he grew up a Cowboy fan as well. "My brother is kind of like a quiet person so he doesn't talk to too many people. That's probably part of the reason why he wants me there."

For Bills Mafia, there's no reason to sweat Trevon's efforts too much right now. But we'll see if, in the future, these two brothers find a way to get together.

And who knows? Maybe they one-up the Kelces and make it to the Super Bowl as the first-ever brother duo to make it as teammates.

Keep swinging, Trevon. But Stefon is staying put for now.
