Now, the Eagles are left to decide who will become their next two coordinators. Sometimes things like these happen in-house, but sometimes the organization will bring someone else in if they feel the guys under them aren't yet ready.

But, I have a feeling the Eagles might promote someone on the staff to offensive coordinator, and if they do, these could be some guys we see get the job.

Jemal Singleton, the running backs coach, and assistant head coach could be the first one we see. He is the next closest in terms of "rank" I guess you could say, having the assistant head coach title. We don't see a ton of running backs coaches go straight from that to offensive coordinator, but it does happen.

Former Chiefs offensive coordinator and now Washington offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy was a running backs coach before having a hand in their dynamic offense.

Kevin Patullo the passing game coordinator, could be a guy we see get promoted too. He is in charge of everything that has to do with the passing game, well almost everything. He likely knows how to call plays and he has a bit of experience. His style fits the way the Eagles' offense is run too.

And finally the last guy we could see get the job is quarterbacks coach Brian Johnson, who has been with the Eagles since 2021. But, he has also been an offensive coordinator at the collegiate level, coaching Florida in 2020, and Houston in 2017.

None of these guys would be a bad pick, especially when you factor in that this is Nick Sirianni's offense, not a new one. I think whatever we see, we will still see some great offense come 2023.
