By now, most Titans fans know the name Adam Rank well. Each year he takes the time to predict the record of every NFL team and let's just say he has had his fair share of misses.

In 2019, he infamously picked the Titans to finish the season 3-13. This drew massive backlash at the time and turned out to be even worse than he could have imagined. The Titans finished the season 9-7 and eventually made the AFC championship game.

Now, Rank is back with another abysmal Titans prediction. He predicts that they will finish the 2023 season with a 4-13 record. While there are some real question marks with this roster, a lot would have to go wrong for the team to be this bad. Vrabel has shown that he will get the most out of his players, and a 4-13 record seems borderline disrespectful.

The four games Rank has them winning are against the Browns, Colts, Texans, and Jaguars. He has the team starting 1-8 and thinks Will Levis will take over the starting role at some point during the season.

While the Titans may not be Super Bowl contenders, it is hard to envision a scenario where they end up with just four wins. They have an extremely talented defense led by All-Pros Jeffery Simmons and Kevin Byard. On offense, they have Derrick Henry. Even if Henry is due for a slight falloff, he is talented enough to win them a few games.

Another thing the Titans should have going for them is injury luck. They have been one of the most injured teams in the league the past two seasons, and the law of averages makes it seem like they are due for a healthy season. Hopefully, this is another prediction that makes Rank look foolish and can motivate the Titans going into the new year.
