Nobody sends a crew of personnel to Mobile, Alabama like the Pittsburgh Steelers.

One of the best drafting teams, Pittsburgh had both HC Mike Tomlin and DC Teryl Austin at the 2024 Senior Bowl, along with a plethora of scouts.

After getting a up close and personal look at all the players, here are five skill positions they should be looking to add at some point in the draft:

Georgia WR Ladd McConkey

Ladd McConkey was one of the stars in Mobile, snagging passes and taking ankles on seemingly every rep. He's a little bit on the smaller side for Pittsburgh, but the team desperately needs a reliable option out of the slot. Oh, and McConkey admitted he would be very excited to join them

If he's around come their pick in the second round, he's as good as gone to Pittsburgh.

Toledo CB Quniyon Mitchell

Quinyon Mitchell was arguably the best defender in Mobile in 2024, seldom giving up space, much less a reception or TD.

Mitchell would pair perfectly with Joey Porter Jr. on the outside as Pittsburgh deploys two long and physical corners both young in their careers.

The only issue is if Mitchell will last to pick 20, which may not be the case after his week in Mobile.

Georgia S Javon Bullard

The Steelers will have to address the safety position opposite of Minkah Fitzpatrick in the 2024 NFL Draft.

So why not go back to the Georgia well and draft a physical safety to play in split coverages and work as plus one in the box via Javon Bullard in the later rounds?

Arizona WR Jacob Cowing

Jacob Cowing is small. There is no debating that given his 5-8, 165-pound frame. What is up for debate, is how effective he can be in the NFL, something his college tape showed as well as his time in Mobile.

Oh and don't forget why he's on this list in the first place…

His crazy story about Coach Tomlin.

Tulane QB Michael Pratt

I know what you're thinking Steelers fans. "Why would the Steelers draft a QB we've never heard of when Kenny Pickett and Mason Rudolph are on the roster?"

Well, should one or both of those two fail to lead the offense, Michael Pratt would be an excellent late-round addition as a player with potential starter upside, and a QB three roster spot with Mitch Trubisky likely out of the mix.
