Tennessee Vols baseball coach Tony Vitello always dresses for the occasion. 

Whether it's wearing Pat Summitt inspired shoes for the Alabama vs Tennessee football game earlier this season or a t-shirt featuring Lee Corso wearing an oversized Vols NASCAR helmet, Vitello always has some unique fashion choices. 

And the CMAs in Nashville on Wednesday evening were no exception. 

Vitello showed up to the 58th annual CMA awards wearing a cowboy hat, a bolo tie, and some unique cowboy boots (via WKRN's Nikki Burdine). 

Tony V is a national champion and a fashionista.
