The Pittsburgh Steelers have a lot to be thankful after after Sunday.
After all but ending the playoff chances of their division rival, the Cincinnati Bengals, the team watched the Baltimore Ravens fall to the Philadelphia Eagles a few hours later.
Here's what that did for their playoff chances and seeding:

After beating the Bengals, the Steelers have a 99% chance of making the postseason and currently sit as the third seed in the conference. The Ravens were still favored to win the division after Pittsburgh's win over the Bengals, but it's the Steelers who are now favored to win the division, with a 57% chance following the Ravens loss.
And the Steelers' seeding aspirations aren't over yet either. The Buffalo Bills are well on their way to victory against the San Francisco 49ers, but they have a one-game lead on Pittsburgh in the standings, assuming they pull out the 49ers victory.
But if the Steelers can level the playing field with Buffalo, Pittsburgh will still have a date with the Kansas City Chiefs on Christmas Day, and a few bounces of the ball could have a three-way race atop the AFC.
So the loss to the Cleveland Browns loss certainly hurts in hindsight, but Pittsburgh's path to the number one overall seed and a first-round bye is slim, yet still alive following a huge win over the Bengals and the faltering of the Ravens.
