The Oregon Ducks continue to prove why they’re one of the nation’s premier talent factories. In The Athletic’s latest NFL Draft Top 50 Big Board by draft analyst Dane Brugler, six Oregon players earned spots among college football’s elite prospects — a testament to the Ducks’ depth, player development, and sustained success under head coach Dan Lanning.

Oregon Ducks have strong NFL future

Headlining the group is star quarterback Dante Moore, whose poise, arm talent, and command of Oregon’s high-powered offense have made him one of the most intriguing quarterback prospects in the country. He’s joined by versatile tight end Kenyon Sadiq, disruptive defensive tackle A’Mauri Washington, edge rusher Matayo Uiagalelei, powerful guard Emmanuel Pregnon, and instinctive safety Dillon Thieneman — all of whom have made major impressions on NFL scouts this season.

With six players on Brugler’s Top 50, Oregon trails only a handful of powerhouse programs in total representation, underscoring the Ducks’ balance on both sides of the ball. From Moore’s leadership on offense to Washington and Uiagalelei’s dominance in the trenches, Oregon’s roster is filled with next-level talent — and the NFL is taking notice.

Dante Moore QB 12th overall

Moore comes in at number 12 on Brugler’s updated big board, falling from the top five since his last edition. Moore has had some up-and-down games this season, but his talent is still undeniable. While most evaluators predict Moore will come back for his junior season at Oregon next year, he will be an early-round pick whenever he decides to enter the NFL.

Kenyon Sadiq TE 17th overall

Holding firm in the top 50 is Sadiq, who is also ranked as the best tight end in the class. Sadiq is a standout athlete who excels at both receiving and blocking. He possesses terrific hands and ball skills, while also showing the speed to stress defenses down the field. He will be a lock first-round pick come April.

A’Mauri Washington DT 30th overall

Washington was also in the last edition of Brugler’s top 50, and continues to climb thanks to a strong season. He has displayed explosiveness, power, and burst to be a disruptive force on the inside. While this is his first year as a full-time starter, Washington’s ability to win in both phases of the game will get teams excited about his potential.

Matayo Uiagalelei EDGE 43rd overall

After leading the BIG-10 in sacks last year, Uiagalelei has yet to replicate his sack production this year. With that said, he is still impacting the game and is still an excellent pass-rushing prospect. He pays with power, bend, and a relentless motor. Expect him to find his groove as the season goes on.

Emmanuel Pregnon OG 47th overall

A new name to the big board, Pregnon has been excellent this year after transferring from USC. He has proven to be a difference-making run blocker, flashing excellent power, movement skills, and physical temperament. He is a road grader and a mauler at the point of attack. Pregnon is still improving and could continue to rise on the big board.

Dillon Thieneman S 49th overall

Another transfer, Thieneman, has lived up to the hype as the leader of the Ducks’ defensive backfield. He is a ball-hawking free safety who flashes excellent range, instincts, and ball skills. What has impressed me the most about Thieneman is his ability as a run defender, as he has been asked to play closer to the line of scrimmage this season due to injuries at linebacker.
