Philadelphia Eagles 2026 NFLPA report card revealed: Coaching staff receives elite reviews, while clear complaints surface from players
The Eagles know how they can improve internally now.
The Philadelphia Eagles are a juggernaut in the NFC. They have been a perennial Super Bowl contender in recent seasons. NFLPA report cards are an annual behind-the-scenes look at each NFL squad’s organization as a whole.
“Per the survey results obtained by ESPN, this year’s report cards are based on responses from 1,759 players. All players who were on a 2025 roster at the time of the survey were eligible to participate, and it was conducted from Nov. 2 to Dec. 11.” — ESPN

Locker room and team travel were weaknesses for Eagles in 2026
Via the report card, Philadelphia’s lowest grades were in two off the field categories. Team travel was the worst of the group, as the Eagles landed an “F” grade. The Eagles locker room was graded as a “D” via this latest survey.
No other section was graded below a C+ – which is a positive, at the least.

It is worth noting that the Eagles coaching staff was a consistent strength. Players love DC Vic Fangio, the sole A+ grade on the entire report card. Head coach Nick Sirianni received an A – which may surprise some of their own fans, even.
With these recent results, the Eagles org knows exactly how it can improve going forward.
