Bengals are not hiding how much they’re interested in one specific defensive player in the 2026 NFL Draft
Navy defensive tackle Landon Robinson has not left the Bengals’ sights this offseason.
The Cincinnati Bengals are continuing to schedule 30 visits for 2026 NFL Draft prospects they’re interested in.
Navy defensive tackle Landon Robinson is firmly one of those players. He’s set to visit Cincinnati leading up to April’s draft.
Robinson had his best year for the Midshipmen last season, recording 64 total tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss, and 6.5 sacks on his way to earning Defensive Player of the Year honors for the American Athletic Conference.

Bengals have had several points of contact with Navy DT Landon Robinson
Robinson has been busy speaking to the Bengals this pre-draft cycle. He participated in the East-West Shrine Bowl back in January where Cincinnati defensive line coach Jerry Montgomery was Robinson’s position coach that week. The Bengals officially met with Robinson at the event as well.
Robinson wasn’t invited to the NFL Scouting Combine, but soon after the event, he worked out for 20 teams at Navy’s pro day. Unsurprisingly, Cincinnati was one of those 20 teams in attendance.
Now he’s on his way for the one of the club’s 30 visits, which are usually reserved for priority free agent targets, or early round targets. Robinson is a virtual lock to be drafted, so this feels pretty significant.
Robinson is an undersized interior defensive lineman at 5-11 and 291 pounds, but his arm length (31.625″) and wingspan (76.75″) are acceptable for his size. He’s a disruptor who would bring a specific skillset the Bengals do not currently have on their roster outside of 31-year old Jonathan Allen, who signed a two-year contract that really only protects him through the 2026 season.
Cincinnati wants long-term stability at the DT position, and Robinson, now a projected early Day 3 prospect, looks like one of their main targets to satiate that need.
