NASHVILLE — Mike Borgonzi was not satisfied with one first-round pick in 2026. Tennessee Titans general manager Mike Borgonzi traded back up on Thursday night to select Auburn edge defender Keldric Faulk at No. 31 overall.

Tennessee selected Ohio State wide receiver Carnell Tate with their original fourth-overall selection.

Another project pass rusher

In Borgonzi’s first draft on the job in 2025, the Titans took a converted off-ball linebacker-turned-edge, Femi Oladejo, in the second round.

Oladejo sustained a season-ending leg injury in Week 6 and never had the opportunity to truly develop.

Tennessee’s roster current state of disrepair requires a balancing act from Borgonzi. It is critical that the Titans find players who can immediately contribute in this class. Second-year quarterback Cam Ward now has one new weapon, while Saleh gets an addition to fortify his ranks on defense.
