On Monday, the Titans announced that Nick Hardesty has been promoted to the Director of Team Operations. Hardesty was previously listed as a Team Operations Coordinator.

Hardesty is a Tennessee graduate who spent eight seasons with the Vols.
From 2014 to 2017, Hardesty served as a recruiting operations student assistant under Butch Jones. Hardesty was promoted to graduate assistant for football operations in 2018 under Jeremy Pruitt.
Hardesty spent six months on Tennessee’s coaching staff in 2021 after Josh Heupel was hired before joining the Titans. His last role with the Vols was as an assistant director of football operations.
