Titans 2026 Schedule Release, except all of the opposing NFL head coaches are bald like Robert Saleh’s coaching staff
The Tennessee Titans have had to set a new NFL record for most bald coaches on Robert Saleh’s staff. Here’s the Titans 2026 schedule with opposing head coaches (and executives) turned bald.
The Tennessee Titans, and the rest of the NFL, has turned the full schedule release into a week long event. The Titans were on the forefront of using humor, whit, and some playful jabs at the public and other teams with their 2022 schedule release video on Broadway in downtown Nashville.
I hope the team doesn’t have the same idea I did this year for the official release, because that would be a compliment to me, but also a complete waste of my time.
Robert Saleh’s initial Titans coaching staff was formed in late January and throughout the month of February, and fans picked up on a not-so-subtle theme that was building.
How many bald coaches are the Titans going to hire? Is that a requirement? It felt like it!
Nine of the 22 man coaching staff a sporting the full bald look. It feels more than that, but a 41% full bald rate is pretty strong for one staff. In fact, according to the Wimpole Clinic, only 31% of the male population ages 40-55 progresses to stage 7 (complete loss of hair on top, with a narrow band remaining on the sides/back).
Titans 2026 Schedule with opposing coaches (or executives) fully bald
Week 1: New York Jets at Titans (Sept. 13, Noon CT)

Jets head coach Aaron Glen can rock the bald look well. He also rocks his current salt and pepper short cut well.
A lot of people will make this Titans-Jets season opener a “must win” as Glenn is fighting this season to save his job while Saleh is looking to get off to the right start. The Jets and Miami Dolphins are the two teams most primed to stink on purpose for the 2027 quarterback draft, but Glenn has to survive, first.
Saleh’s motivation is clear: kick the ass of the team that fired you against the coach who replaced you in game one with your new team.
Week 2: Philadelphia Eagles at Titans (Sept 20, Noon CT)

Nick Sirianni and the Eagles will bring their new look offense, led by another offensive coordinator for QB Jalen Hurts. Sirianni’s bald look would be a little too cold in that Philly winter weather.
Will A.J. Brown return to Nashville or will he be reunited with Mike Vrabel this summer? Another NFL love triangle to watch after June 1.
Week 3: Titans at New York Giants (Sept 27, Noon CT)

John Harbaugh would be a better Harbald than his brother Jim.
The Titans wanted to interview the former Baltimore Ravens head coach for their job, but the Giants scooped him up and never let him leave.
Giants-Titans is so deep with storylines we can’t even list them here. The fired coaches revenge game with free agents swapping mailing addresses, to say the least.
Week 4: Titans at Baltimore Ravens (Oct 4, Noon CT)

Jesse Minter will be coaching his fourth ever NFL game as a head coach when the Titans come to town.
But this matchup will circled by Titans fans and Ravens RB Derrick Henry.
Week 5: Houston Texans at Titans (Oct 11, Noon CT)

Texans head coach DeMeco Ryans has been fully bald for a long time, but this looks just like a young DeMeco Ryans running sideline to sideline while he was being recruited the Alabama Crimson Tide in the early 2000s.
Week 6: Titans at Indianapolis Colts (Oct 18, Noon CT)

Shane Steichen’s Colts in mid October could be hitting their stride if QB Daniel Jones’ achilles recovery has a smooth start to the season.
This October stretch of two divisional games sandwiched between the Ravens and Browns, then the Bengals will determine who the Titans are at the trade deadline going into November.
Week 7: Cleveland Browns at Titans (Oct 25, Noon CT)

Todd Monken was the upset coaching hire of the busy 10 head coach carousel in January. The former Baltimore Ravens offensive coordinator does a good job adapting his offense to whoever his QB may be.
Will it be DeShaun Watson or Shedeur Sanders? I had predicted a November matchup between these teams in hopes of completing the rookie to sophomore year home-and-home between Shedeur and Ward.
Week 8: Titans at Cincinnati Bengals (Nov 1, Noon CT)

Zach Taylor is in the rare head coach contract season with Cincinnati. Will he do enough to add more to his resume than the Super Bowl run in 2021? Will QB Joe Burrow be healthy? I hope so. Burrow is too fun to watch.
Week 9: BYE WEEK (Nov 8)
Week 10: Jacksonville Jaguars at Titans (Nov 15, Noon CT)

If Robert Saleh saw Liam Coen has bald he might feel extra bad about their tension from last season when Saleh was the San Francisco 49ers defensive coordinator.
Week 11: Titans at Dallas Cowboys (Nov 22, Noon CT)

Brian Schottenheimer looks completely normal bald.
Slight surprise the Titans couldn’t pull the Cowboys as a primetime game on Monday Night Football. Feels like an easy bone to toss them. Sneaky fun matchup of Ohio State high pick rookies: Titans WR Carnell Tate vs Cowboys S Caleb Downs.
Week 12: Titans at Jaguars (Nov 29, 3:05pm CT)

Since we’ve already seen the head coach, here’s general manager James Gladstone. His draft pick philosophy might be better than what he’d look like in stage seven male pattern baldness.
Week 13: Washington Commanders at Titans (Dec 6, Noon CT)

This hairdo for real life bald Dan Quinn makes his look directly into the camera feel… different.
Quinn is a good coach who might be feeling some heat after a down season resulting in coordinator changes after he and QB Jayden Daniels were the surprise of the 2024 NFL season.
Week 14: Titans at Detroit Lions (Dec 13, Noon CT)

Dan Campbell…
Nah, that’s just Bill Goldberg.
Week 15: Colts at Titans (Dec 20, Noon CT)

This is co-owner and CEO Carly Irsay-Gordon, daughter of the late Jim Irsay. She officially took over after her father’s passing May 21, 2025.
The universe almost did a really cool thing. This would be the Titans’s second to last game in Nissan Stadium against a division rival. It also features female NFL owners (Irsay-Gordan and Amy Adams Strunk) who took over after their father’s passed away. If only it were the final game in the stadium.
Week 16: Titans at Las Vegas Raiders (Dec 27, 3:05pm CT)

This is new Raiders coach Klint Kubiak.
Will Fernando Mendoza be in the lineup by the time Cam Ward and the Titans return to Vegas? We all hope so.
Week 17: (Jan 3, CT)

Mike McCarthy brings his Steelers to the final game in Nissan Stadium almost one full year from the weekend he interviewed in-person for the Titans head coach job. Saleh eventually got the job a few days later, and McCarthy landed at his hometown Steelers for his third NFL coaching job.
Who will the Steelers QB be in this game? Aaron Rodgers, Will Howard, or Drew Allar?
Week 18: Titans at Texans (Jan 9 or 10, time TBD)

If I could find a good picture of QB CJ Stroud not wearing headwear of any kind while in Texans gear I would have used him. But, here’s GM Nick Caserio, because I gave up on Stroud after 23 pages of images on our database.
