The Pittsburgh Steelers have spent the last two and a half weeks tucked away at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, gearing up for their 2026 season. It hasn’t been a daunting camp, but emotions have bubbled over at times, and the competitiveness has been notable.
Now, the Steelers will finally be allowed to live tackle, and more importantly, do so against another team. So the question becomes, how do we watch this preseason kickoff? We have you covered.

While we await news of who all will pay for the Steelers in this game, we know who won’t. Donte Kent, Jalen Ramsey, and Joey Porter Jr. remain on the physically unable to perform list, while Mike McCarthy confirmed that rookie OT Max Iheanachor would be out for the opener as he recovers from a shoulder injury.
While I doubt many of the veteran starters will see extended action, if any at all, the same can’t be said for rookies like Eli Heidenreich and certainly not for the QBs looking to make their debut in Drew Allar and Will Howard.
