Texas Longhorns redshirt freshman quarterback Arch Manning has had a big change of heart ahead of the 2024 college football season.

No, Manning didn't suddenly decide to transfer from Texas due to Quinn Ewers starting for the Longhorns this fall.

Instead, Manning announced on Tuesday that he's going to be in the new EA Sports College Football game that's set to be released later this month.

Manning made his announcement via a tweet/video that features his uncle, former New York Giants/Ole Miss Rebels quarterback Eli Manning.

The short video hilariously shows Manning using his uncle Peyton's famous "Omaha" cadence.

In March, news broke that Manning wasn't going to opt in to the game because he wanted to focus on "playing football on the field".

Manning, despite his status as a backup quarterback at Texas, should instantly be one of the most popular players in the game, which is being rebooted after a decade-long absence (thanks a lot, Ed O'Bannon).
