The 2025 NFL Scouting Combine is less than a week away, which is a major milestone of the NFL Draft process each year.

Ahead of this year's event, rumors are spiraling surrounding the top quarterbacks in this class and even some already in the league. Before the event kicks off, here is one final three-round mock draft on how the draft in April could turn out if current rumors turn out to be true.

First Round:

Dec 31, 2024; Glendale, AZ, USA; Penn State Nittany Lions defensive end Abdul Carter (11) against the Boise State Broncos in the Fiesta Bowl at State Farm Stadium.

1. Tennessee Titans: Abdul Carter, Edge, Penn State

It seems more and more likely by the day that the Titans will pass on the top QBs in this year's class. If that's the route they go, I think they will try and pull off a small trade down, possibly with the Browns, even to gain some draft capital and still land whichever player they have at the top of their board. If I had to guess today, I think it would be Penn State's Abdul Carter. He would fit a significant need on the Titans roster, and if the Titans can't pull off a trade-down, I think he is more than worthy to be the number one overall pick.

2. Cleveland Browns: Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado

This is a new one for me as up to this point I had a hard time seeing Shedeur Sanders being willing to end up a Brown. But there's a lot of smoke that points to Sanders being the Browns' top QB in this class, and I think this pairing could legit end up happening.

3. New York Giants: Travis Hunter, CB/WR, Colorado

Cam Ward is there for the Giants if they want him, but I'm buying the notion that the Giants will be aggressive to land Matthew Stafford via trade. So they land Travis Hunter, who can play both sides of the ball but would form a great wide receiver duo with Malik Nabers.

4. New England Patriots: Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona

If Hunter is off the board, the Patriots will have some intriguing options to consider. Ultimately, I think they have to find a real weapon for Drake Maye. In this mock, they target the 6'5" Tetairoa McMillan out of Arizona.

5. Jacksonville Jaguars: Mason Graham, DT, Michigan

The Jaguars knocked their first-round pick out of the park in Brian Thomas Jr. last year, and now they are holding the fifth pick in the draft and positioned to do it again this year. I think they target defense this time around, and Michigan's Mason Graham projects as a day-one difference maker.

6. Las Vegas Raiders: Cam Ward, QB, Miami

The Raiders have to feel good about how the board fell here as they land who I suspect would be their top QB in the class in Cam Ward. Pete Carroll was rumored to be high on the traits of Anthony Richardson at QB in his last draft as the head coach of the Seahawks, and I suspect he has a high grade on Ward as well.

7. New York Jets: Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State

Drafting a TE this high without a QB in place isn't ideal, but the Jets passed on Brock Bowers a year ago, and I suspect they regret it. They got to see Bowers have a great year in Las Vegas, even without their QB being figured out.

8. Carolina Panthers: Jalon Walker, Edge/LB, Georgia

Jalon Walker is a dynamic player who has the ability to play as an edge rusher and as an off-ball linebacker. The Panthers could use a difference-maker at both spots. I think Walker's best role at the next level will be as an edge rusher and a day-one starter on the Panthers' defense.

9. New Orleans Saints: Walter Nolen, DT, Ole Miss

Walter Nolen was one of the most dominant players at this year's Senior Bowl. His power and athleticism at the DT position should make him a popular player in this process. The Saints need to add talent on the defensive line, and Nolen would be able to give them needed pass rush ability as a rookie.

10. Chicago Bears: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State

Ben Johnson's first draft pick as the head coach of the Bears is him giving Caleb Williams a high-end run game by adding running back Ashton Jeanty. Jeanty had a historical season and finished as the runner-up for the Heisman trophy. And Johnson's offense was at its best in Detroit when the run game was a significant factor.

11. San Francisco 49ers: Armand Membou, T/G, Missouri

The 49ers need a tackle and guard this offseason. Armand Membou is the top lineman in this class who can compete at both spots. If I had to guess, I think Membou will end up playing guard early in his career.

12. Dallas Cowboys: Will Campbell, T, LSU

After no offensive lineman went in the top ten, we have back-to-back off the board. Many around the league view Will Campbell as the top tackle in the class. And would slide in as a day-one starter for the Cowboys, opposite of 2024 first-round pick Tyler Guyton.

13. Miami Dolphins: Malaki Starks, S, Georgia

The Dolphins will likely lose Jevón Hollan to free agency this offseason. Lucky for them, though, Malaki Starks is a great option to replace him, and he was still on the board.

14. Indianapolis Colts: Will Johnson, CB, Michigan

The Colts' most common selections are already off the board here in Malaki Starks, Tyler Warren, and even Jalon Walker. So they land a high-end CB prospect in Will Johnson out of Michigan, who I know fans would be shocked to see still on the board. But there are some questions bout how he will test at the scouting combine, so the Colts could luck into a top-tier CB at pick 14.

15. Atlanta Falcons: Mike Green, Edge, Marshall

The Falcons passed on going edge rusher last year and landed Michael Penix Jr. instead. This go around, I don't think they can afford to pass, and Marshall's Mike Green showed at the Senior Bowl he's ready to play against top-tier talent.

16. Arizona Cardinals: Kelvin Banks Jr., T, Texas

Texas' Kelvin Banks Jr. is viewed as an option to be drafted as the top tackle in the class. This selection would give the Cardinals a solid young tackle duo with Paris Johnson Jr., and it will help them better support QB Kyler Murray going forward.

17. Cincinnati Bengals: Tyler Booker, G, Alabama

I know WR and edge picks are popular for the Bengals with Tee Higgins and Trey Hendrickson needing new contracts. I think they end up working out extensions for both players, so I have them landing Tyler Booker to start day one at guard.

18. Seattle Seahawks: Shemar Stewart, Edge, Texas A&M

The Seahawks' defense needs to improve in the pass rush department. Shemar Stewart might not have finished with a lot of sacks at Texas A&M, but his win rate and ability are evident on tape. He also showed at the Senior Bowl that his pass rush tool belt is deeper than many realize.

19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State

The Buccaneers might decide to move off Chris Godwin this offseason after his latest injury. Ohio State's Emeka Egbuka is ready to play right away and has a skill set that would fit great next to Mike Evans.

20. Denver Broncos: Luther Burden III, WR, Missouri

The Broncos making the playoffs was one of the biggest surprises from this past season. They need to give Bo Nix more weapons to build off it, and Missouri's Luther Burden seems like the perfect addition to their offense.

21. Pittsburgh Steelers: Shavon Revel, CB, East Carolina

Back-to-back WR picks ahead of the Steelers' pick would be heartbreaking for fans. But they land Shavon Revel, who likely would have heard his name in the top 15 if he hadn't gotten injured this past year.

22. Los Angeles Chargers: Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan

I've tried to talk myself into giving the Chargers a different player here, but the Colston Lovelands fit and experience in Jim Harbuagh's offense is too perfect to ignore.

23. Green Bay Packers: Azareye'h Thomas, CB, Florida State

The Packers are likely to move on from Jaire Alexander this offseason. Azareye'h Thomas is one of the best man coverage corners in the class and showed at the Senior Bowl that he will make WRs lives hell at the next level.

24. Minnesota Vikings: Omarion Hampton, RB, North Carolina

The Vikings went the veteran route at RB last year with Aaron Jones. But finding a long-term answer in the run game is a big need this offseason. Omarion Hampton out of North Carolina  is closer to Jeanty for RB 1 than some people realize. He would be a day-one starter, and would elevate the Vikings run game tremendously.

25. Houston Texans: Grey Zabel, OT/G, North Dakota State

The Texans also hated to see the WR run happen in front of them but landed a high-end lineman in Grey Zabel, who will be able to compete at just about any position on the line as a rookie.

26. Los Angeles Rams: Jaxson Dart, QB, Mississippi

As I said earlier, I'm becoming a big believer that the Rams and Matthew Stafford might be moving towards a divorce. If they trade him to the Giants, like I mentioned earlier, I think Ole Miss's Jaxson Dart would be a legit option for Sean McVay as they rebuild their offense.

27. Baltimore Ravens: James Pearce Jr., Edge, Tennessee

The Ravens land an edge rusher that, before the 2024 season, many thought had a chance to be the number one overall pick in this class. His production regresed a bit this past year at Tennessee, and the Ravens benefit from it here.

28. Detroit Lions: Benjamin Morrison, CB, Notre Dame

Back-to-back years of first-round corners for the Lions. They could lose Carlton Davis this offseason, so finding another starter next to Terrion Arnold needs to be a priority. Notre Dame's Benjamin Morrison likely isn't available at this pick if he doesn't get hurt in 2024, but the Lions stop his slide at pick 28.

29. Washington Commanders: Josh Simmons, OT, Ohio State

Some believe Josh Simmons had the best 2024 tape of any offensive lineman in the 2025 NFL Draft class. I think some other lineman's total body of work will help them get drafted ahead of Simmons. But his tape screams a first-round tackle, and the Commanders have a need for a starter in 2025.

30. Buffalo Bills: Nick Emmanwori, S, South Carolina

The Bills safety duo in 2024 wasn't good enough. South Carolina's Nick Emmanwori projects as a hybrid safety that can compete to start at either spot. This would allow the Bills flexibility in operating the offseason and finding out who their best starting safety duo for 2025 is.

31. Kansas City Chiefs: Josh Conerly Jr., OT, Oregon

The poor play from the Chiefs offensive line once again poked its head in a Super Bowl matchup, and they were blown out again as a result. Oregon's Josh Conerly Jr. projects as a day-one starter, and the Chiefs should pounce on that type of player if they are available at 31.

32. Philadelphia Eagles: Mykel Williams, Edge, Georgia

Fresh off a dominant Super Bowl win, the Eagles are going back to the draft to add to their great roster. Mykel Williams dropped farther in this mock than many expect him to on draft day, which sounds like a lot of their selections in recent years. He also fits a need as an edge rusher, and they've had some good luck drafting Georgia Bulldogs.

Second Round:

33. Cleveland Browns: Aireontae Ersery, T, Minnesota

34. New York Giants: Wyatt Milum, T, West Virginia

35. Tennessee Titans: Jonah Savaiinaea, T/G, Arizona

36. Jacksonville Jaguars: Trey Amos, CB, Mississippi

37. Las Vegas Raiders: TreVeyon Henderson, RB, Ohio State

Chip Kelly is now the OC for the Raiders, and he lands one of his top offensive players at Ohio State to pair with their shiny first-round QB selection of Cam Ward.

38. New England Patriots: Donovan Jackson, T/G, Ohio State

39. Chicago Bears: Nic Scourton, Edge, Texas A&M

40. New Orleans Saints: Maxwell Hairston, CB, Kentucky

41. Chicago Bears: Marcus Mbow, G/T, Purdue

42. New York Jets: Will Howard, QB, Ohio State

The Jets are moving off Aaron Rodgers, and they need to figure out who their starter will be in 2025. The NFL is higher on Will Howard than I see people are on social media. They likely would bring a vet in as well, so they don't have to rush Howard on the field, but his tape from the College Football Playoffs looked like an NFL-ready QB to me.

43. San Francisco 49ers: Jahdae Barron, CB, Texas

44. Dallas Cowboys: Kaleb Johnson, RB, Iowa

45. Indianapolis Colts: Jihaad Campbell, LB, Alabama

46. Atlanta Falcons: Matthew Golden, WR, Texas

Texas speedster Matthew Golden could sneak into the first round with a dominant showing at the upcoming scouting combine. Right now, however, I have the Falcons pairing him with Drake London as they head into Michael Penix Jr.'s first full year as a starter.

47. Arizona Cardinals: Kenneth Grant, DT, Michigan

48. Miami Dolphins: Darius Alexander, DT, Toledo

49. Cincinnati Bengals: Jack Sawyer, Edge, Ohio State

50. Seattle Seahawks: Tate Ratledge, G, Georgia

51. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Darien Porter, CB, Iowa State

52. Denver Broncos: Xavier Watts, S, Notre Dame

53. Pittsburgh Steelers: Jalen Milroe, QB, Alabama

The Steelers have some big decisions to make at QB this offseason, but I don't think their long-term answer is on the roster. They could bring back one of Russell Wilson and Justin Fields, but drafting a high trait QB like Alabama's Jalen Milroe to develop as he sits for a year or two could also be enticing to them.

54. Los Angeles Chargers: Quinshon Judkins, RB, Ohio State

55. Green Bay Packers: Donovan Ezeiruaku, Edge, Boston College

56. Buffalo Bills: Isaiah Bond, WR, Texas

57. Houston Texans: Tre Harris, WR, Mississippi

58. Carolina Panthers: Derrick Harmon, DT, Oregon

59. Baltimore Ravens: Cameron Williams, T, Texas

60. Detroit Lions: Charles Grant, T/G, William & Mary Tribe

61. Washington Commanders: Tez Johnson, WR, Oregon

62. Buffalo Bills: Tyleik Williams, DT, Ohio State

63. Kansas City Chiefs: Elijah Arroyo, TE, Miami

Travis Kelce's future seems up in the air, and if he does retire, the Chiefs aren't in a great spot on offense going forward. Miami TE Elijah Arroyo was uncoverable at the Senior Bowl and showed off his reliable hands in redzone drills. One scout I spoke to said Arroyo was the single best player on the field during the Senior Bowl, and there were multiple first-round picks in this mock out there as well. Give him a QB like Patrick Mahomes and maybe a year with Kelce mentoring him and it could be a match made in heaven.

64. Philadelphia Eagles: Jalen Royals, WR, Utah State

Round 3:

65. New York Giants: Andrew Mukuba, S, Texas

66. Kansas City Chiefs: Carson Schwesinger, LB, UCLA

67. Cleveland Browns: Cobee Bryant, CB, Kansas

68. Las Vegas Raiders: Elic Ayomanor, WR, Stanford

69. New England Patriots: Princely Umanmielen, Edge, Mississippi

70. Jacksonville Jaguars: Jared Wilson, C, Georgia

71. New Orleans Saints: Jayden Higgins, WR, Iowa State

72. Chicago Bears: Harold Fannin Jr. TE, Bowling Green

73. Las Vegas Raiders: Quincy Riley, CB, Louisville

74. Carolina Panthers: Gunnar Helm, TE, Texas

75. San Francisco 49ers: T.J. Sanders, DT, South Carolina

76. Dallas Cowboys: Jayin Noel, WR, Iowa State

77. New England Patriots: Denzel Burke, CB, Ohio State

78. Arizona Cardinals: JT Tuimoloau, Edge, Ohio State

79. Washington Commanders: Anthony Belton, T, North Carolina State

80. Indianapolis Colts: Mason Taylor, TE, LSU

81. Cincinnati Bengals: Nohl Williams, CB, California

82. Seattle Seahawks: Chris Paul Jr., LB, Mississippi

83. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Barrett Carter, LB, Clemson

84. Denver Broncos: Jeffrey Bassa, LB, Oregon

85. Pittsburgh Steelers: Kyle Williams, WR, Washington State

86. Los Angles Chargers: Jared Ivey, Edge, Mississippi

87. Green Bay Packers: Jack Bech, WR, TCU

88. Jacksonville Jaguars: Pat Bryant, WR, Illinois

89. Houston Texans: Deone Walker, DT, Kentucky

90. Los Angeles Rams: Jake Briningstool, TE, Clemson

91. Baltimore Ravens: Dorian Strong, CB, Virginia Tech

92. New York Jets: O'Donnell Fortune, CB, South Carolina

93. New Orleans Saints: Terrance Ferguson, TE, Oregon

94. Cleveland Browns: Cam Skattebo, RB, Arizona State

95. Kansas City Chiefs: Alfred Collins, DT, Texas

96. Philadelphia Eagles: Clay Webb, G, Jacksonville State

97. Minnesota Vikings: Aeneas Peebles, DT, Virginia Tech

98. Miami Dolphins: Jalen Rivers, T/G, Miami

99. San Francisco 49ers: Chase Lundt, T, UConn

100. Los Angeles Rams: BJ Adams, CB, UCF
