Bengals roster breakdown is back! During the 99 days leading up to Cincinnati’s regular season opener against the Cleveland Browns, the player with the matching jersey number as days remaining will become the day’s highlighted player.

14 days (two weeks!) remain until the Bengals’ first game of the 2025 season, and No. 14 Jordan Moore gets a profile right as the preseason ends.

Jordan Moore

Age: 23
Year: 1st
Position: Wide receiver
College: Duke
Previous Teams: None
Jersey Number: 14

Moore enters his first season in the NFL and with the Bengals after going undrafted during the 2025 NFL Draft. He spent four years at Duke where he began his time as a quarterback, appearing in 10 games as a true freshman. He made the switch to receiver as a sophomore and the move paid off as he finished second on the team in catches (60) and receiving yards (656) and a team-high five receiving touchdowns. After three years at the position, he finished his career with 177 receptions, 2,352 yards, and 21 touchdowns. He’s top-10 in program history in all three categories.

Contract Details

Moore signed a three-year, $2.985 million college free agent contract in May. He’s already earned a $20,000 signing bonus and can earn a base salary of $840,000 this season. His potential cash earnings for the year amounts to $860,000, and his salary cap hit is $846,666.

Roster Outlook

Moore entered the last week of the preseason with just two yards off two receptions and added on 13 more yards and two more catches during Saturday’s finale. Outside of a Ja’Marr Chase-level performance, Moore was already on the outside looking in and will await to see if a practice squad invite comes later this week after final cuts.
