The cheapest way Lions fans can go to every single game this season
We found the cheapest way Lions fans can attend EVERY game in 2026. From $180 road trips to $750 nightmares. Here’s what it actually costs.
Ok, we’re months away from the Detroit Lions’ season starting, and I know a lot of Lions fans are going to want to go to games this year. Some of you crazies like to travel to every single game; maybe some of you are considering doing that for the first time this year.
So what we’re going to do is put together the cheapest possible plan we can find for you to do that. We’re looking for the cheapest get-in ticket to every game, and we’re looking for the cheapest flight to each game. Here’s what we found:
Note: These prices are obviously subject to change over time. We found ticket prices on the secondary market sites like Seatgeek. The Germany game has not started selling tickets yet, so we have no cost there.
Going to all the Lions’ home games
| Game | Cheapest Ticket | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Saints | $310 | Season opener bump |
| Jets | $220 | Cheapest home game |
| Packers | $350 | Division premium |
| Vikings | $270 | Mid-tier |
| Buccaneers | $280 | Solid demand |
| Bears (Thanksgiving) | $354 | Holiday tax |
| Patriots (Munich) | TBD | International |
| Titans | $230 estimate | Lower demand opponent |
| Giants | $240 esttimate | Late-season flex |
Ok, so if you’re looking to go to a home game, the recommendation is to go to a lower-demand opponent’s game. This is going to be your cheapest option. NFC North games are going to come at a premium; Thanksgiving is always pricy, as are primetime games and the early-season games. So keep an eye on the Jets and Titans as your cheapest options. Of course, as the note says, these prices could change if those teams get good or get worse.
Going to all the Lions’ away games
Note: All plane tickets are estimates based on leaving from the Detroit airport and are for single tickets.
| Game | Ticket | Flight | Total | Rank |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cardinals | $95 | $180 | $275 | Cheapest |
| Bears | $180 | $0 (drive) | $180 | True cheapest |
| Panthers | $120 | $120 | $240 | 2 |
| Dolphins | $100 | $200 | $300 | 3 |
| Falcons | $130 est | $160 | $290 | 4 |
| Vikings | $200 est | $120 | $320 | 5 |
| Packers | $250 est | $200 | $450 | 6 |
| Bills | $630 | $120 | $750 | Most expensive |
Ok, going to that Bills game is just an insane idea if you’re thinking about doing it. You’re not just paying over a $700 for the plane ticket and the game ticket; you’ll also have to pay for a hotel as well. You might want to sit this one out unless you drive. It’s about a five-hour drive. You can cut some time off that drive if you cut through Canada.
I’d also bite the bullet and drive to Chicago. It’s not that far. This is your true cheapest option as long as you do that. Maybe a drive to Green Bay as well. That is a seven-hour drive, though.
The Cardinals game is not bad at all. I would start there if you’re looking to do the out-of-town travel. The Vikings one isn’t too bad, and I recommend everyone check out their stadium. I think it might be the nicest in the league.
Again, keep in mind that a lot of this is estimates, and these prices are likely to change umpteen different times before the game actually takes place. So plan accordingly.
