Las Vegas Raiders could have the perfect chance at a revenge game that’s several years past due on their 2026 schedule

The Las Vegas Raiders have a really tough schedule, but if they beat a team like the Los Angeles Rams, it could be huge.

The Las Vegas Raiders have one game in particular on their new schedule that stands out for a few reasons. Their new schedule is extremely hard, with so many elite teams. But, the game against the Los Angeles Rams, the Super Bowl favorites to some.

The game stands out for a few reasons, and, of course, that’s one of them. They will have a chance to upset the team that’s going into the season absolutely stacked and loaded. The Rams are a team that could have won it last year. It’s in the middle of a brutal stretch, and the Raiders will need to see what they are really made of, being the young, rebuilding team they will be at that time.

However, they will also get a chance at revenge. No, not against the Rams, unless you want to count that random Thursday Night Football game years ago where they beat Vegas with Baker Mayfield. The revenge I’m talking about is against wide receiver Davante Adams. The guy was traded to Vegas, where he requested—a team that was in no means ready to compete. That’s his fault.

Then, when he left, he bashed the Raiders in several ways. This is the Raiders’ chance at getting back at him. Beat him, and you can show him that all he had to do was stick around just a bit longer, and he’d still be a WR1 on an up-and-coming team.

Raiders’ schedule is brutal during the time they play the Rams

The middle of this schedule is brutal. Between Weeks 4 and 15, we are talking about all teams that made the playoffs and even made runs, outside of two of those teams, the Jets and Browns. Well, then, of course, the Chiefs, who didn’t make the playoffs but are still the same team that’s won three Super Bowls this decade.

The Raiders go from Week 4 playing the Chiefs, to then the Patriots, Bills, Rams, Jets, 49ers, Seahawks, Broncos, Browns, Chargers, and Broncos again. That streak is absolutely brutal. Beating the Rams during that span will be insanely hard.
