Two members of the Miami Dolphins’ 2026 rookie class may have an extra item on their agenda this month
This summer is going to be a busy one for rookie members of the Miami Dolphins. Two members of the group may have an extra item on their agenda.
The Miami Dolphins‘ rookie class of 2026 is going to be quite busy this summer. The opportunity to seize playing time as rookies will be plentiful. And that means prep work will be essential to acclimate to Miami’s plans for the year ahead.
But two members of the Dolphins’ 13 player rookie class may have an extra item on their agenda this month. It will give Miami Dolphins fans a chance to get an early sneak peek at two youngsters in their Miami uniforms for the first time.

The event marks an early showcase of players from the rookie draft to assemble and get some early marketing opportunities. The exposure as members of their new team is a great early preview for fans, too. Per the NFLPA’s website, here’s the objective of the event:
“NFLPA Rookie Premiere unlocks unparalleled access to 40+ of the league’s top rookies—creating one-of-a-kind opportunities for brands looking to build player-driven product and campaigns with the next faces of the sport. Since 1994, Rookie Premiere has served as players’ first marketing opportunity as a pro, creating partnership opportunities and genuine relationships that extend well beyond their introduction to the league.”

Last year, seventh-round rookie quarterback Quinn Ewers was the lone Miami Dolphins player invited to the event. There’s a jersey reveal with Fanatics, a series of on-field shots for trading cards, and networking opportunities.
The two selections for Miami are logical — it’s a pair of potential touchdown scorers in Caleb Douglas and Chris Bell. The two rookie wide receivers offer a sensible mix of traits: they are splashy skill players who score touchdowns, they were top-100 picks, and there’s a potential interest in their position amid the ever growing trading card market.
So keep your eyes peeled mid-May, Dolphins fans. You may well just get your first peek at both Douglas and Bell in uniform with the Dolphins if you know where to look.
