Former Tennessee Vols quarterback Joe Milton is no stranger to going viral for his crazy arm strength.
So it's no surprise that Milton is once again going viral for an insane throw he made this week.
Milton, who was traded from the New England Patriots to the Dallas Cowboys earlier this offseason, was filmed making an impressive throw on the run during a practice session. It was an absolute dime.
That's as good as you can do it. It's hard to tell from that video, but it looks like that throw from Milton is about 45 yards.
Milton, who made one start as a rookie with the Patriots last season, will battle Will Grier during training camp for the No. 2 quarterback job in Dallas.
Based on that throw from Milton — and what he did in his lone start as a rookie (241 passing yards, one passing TD, 16 rushing yards, one rushing TD) — it's going to be hard for Grier to beat out the former Vol for the backup job with the Cowboys.
