The Las Vegas Raiders are tired of being at the bottom, or near it, every single year. They got a new regime that knows how to win, with former Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll running the show.

Carroll has won a Super Bowl against the Denver Broncos, and his team was in another one against the New England Patriots, but lost. So, he knows how to win, and most importantly, he knows how to turn football programs around. That starts with the 2025 NFL Draft, which is less than a month away.

So, they are doing their homework. The Raiders are meeting with a ton of players in the draft. Now, this doesn't mean anything other than that they just want to get to know these guys on a more personal level, but it's a good way to see who they do have a bit of interest in.

As far as the visits they have done so far, there's a ton. Raiders' new general manager, and former Tampa Bay Buccaneers assistant GM, John Spytek, and his staff have been busy. I've created a tracker with every visit the Raiders have so far, so that you can keep up with who your team has their eyes on.

The Raiders need to nail that draft class to take that next step, and meeting with these guys, and making sure they are all cultural fits, is a big factor. Sure, the physical fit is important, too. However, these teams can watch tape and figure that out. The meetings are to make sure the player is a foot mentally and personality-wise.
