Norman-Lott was selected by the Kansas City Chiefs with the No. 63 overall selection (round two) on night two of the draft.
Norman-Lott, a player that some viewed as a first round talent, should be productive as a rookie due to the fact that he'll be playing beside six-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle Chris Jones.
Don't get me wrong — Norman-Lott won't be the favorite to win defensive rookie of the honors. Not even close. But sometimes the obvious choice (Travis Hunter or Abdul Carter) doesn't win the award. Norman-Lott could be a sneaky pick to put up impressive numbers as a rookie due to stepping into a defense that's led by one of the best defensive minds in the sport (Steve Spagnuolo), plus the fact that he'll be playing beside one of the best defensive players in the league (Jones).
Former Alabama player may be partially responsible for Tennessee’s James Pearce not getting selected higher in the 2025 NFL Draft
