The Indianapolis Colts are entering a pivotal 2025 season, with the futures of multiple players and staff members heavily dependent on a successful year.
You could argue that no one on the team has more pressure than quarterback Anthony Richardson, who is entering his third season in the NFL. This seems like his final chance to prove to the team he deserves to be their QB of the future, and his first step to do so will come in training camp as he is set to compete with Daniel Jones to be the starter.
Before that even begins, though, Richardson is catching a stray from an Indiana business for a peculiar reason.
Indiana Tattoo Parlor takes a shot at Colts QB Anthony Richardson
Manco Tattoo is a tattoo parlor in Fort Wayne, Indiana. They can be found on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube under the user name tattales. Recently, they've been asking their team to answer various fun questions to generate content across their social media platforms. A recent post asked, "What is a toxic guy tattoo?" And one of their employees mentioned Richardson by name for a tattoo he had done, as well as going even further to take a jab at a choice he made that they thought was odd.
"The Colts QB Anthony Richardson just got his last name tattooed across his back, that is toxic. I've never heard of a girl going under anesthesia for a tattoo."
– Aleeah from Manco Tattoo in Fort Wayne
The tattoo in question occurred during the offseason ahead of the 2024 season and was actually done in Beverly Hills, California, by Ganga Tattoo. For what it's worth, Richardson got more than just his last name tattooed; his entire back was done in a session that lasted seven hours and involved four different artists. And during an interview on The Pat McAfee show, he shared that he knew people would not like that he went under anesthesia, so I don't think he is going to take the comments from Manco Tattoo personally.

While they worry about that, our staff decided to perform a hypothetical NFL expansion draft. The last time the NFL had an expansion draft was when […]
The Colts have the chance to see how they measure up against two of the best teams in the league before the 2025 season kicks off
A very pivotal training camp is quickly approaching for the Indianapolis Colts. The team needs to win if it wants to avoid significant shake-ups to its front office, coaching staff, and even its roster. They appear to be taking that seriously with the news of the team going the extra mile to prepare for the 2025 […]
