Steelers have interesting changes coming?
Still here in Indy at the Scouting Combine having conversations. Sounds like the Steelers are going to have some interesting changes. Will keep you posted.

What changes could be on the horizon? One would assume it starts at the QB position, where while the Steelers haven't officially decided which way they will go, a clear favorite has emerged…
One of the hottest topics around the combine last week was what the Pittsburgh Steelers will do at QB for 2025. Both Justin Fields and Russell Wilson are set to become free agents, and the team is only expected to attempt to retain one of the two. Nearly everyone in Indianapolis believes the team prefers to extend Fields and let Wilson walk. But they also think signing Fields to a new deal won't prevent the Steelers from doing their homework on the QBs in this year's draft class. It's not out of the question that the Steelers retain Fields and draft a QB with a valuable pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Another potential guess, though unlikely is the future of George Pickens. Pittsburgh would be mistaken to trade the only proven pass catcher on their perimeter, but it doesn't seem like they are in any hurry to pay him, and he could hit the free agent market in 2026 if things don't shape up.
Re-couping a second or third-round pick for him wouldn't be such a bad idea, even if his talent showcases someone much more valuable.
Beyond that, everything is on the table. Omar Khan said the team would exhaust all options in the defensive line market, so perhaps making a splash trade is there for the taking.
Either way, we'll see just how much "change" is in store over the next few months with free agency and the NFL Draft.
