The Alabama Crimson Tide are looking to pair star wide receiver Ryan Williams with 2026 top running back Ezavier Crowell as they look to upgrade the offense's playmaking. Crowell, who recently re-classified from the 2027 crop to next year's incoming class, earned a crystal ball prediction to land with the Tide over rival Auburn recently.

The positive momentum grew this week as Crowell tweeted out an image with a No. 13 Alabama jersey framed with his name on it and a Louis Vuitton-inspired bag front and centered. He caption it, "Locked in!!" as he confirmed his intention to make an official visit from June 20 to June 22.

Crowell, 5-foot-11/205 lbs from Jackson, AL, is rated in 247Sports' composite rankings as the No. 11 running back in the nation and the No. 9 player in the state of Alabama. He's also rated as the No. 117 overall player in the 2026 recruiting class.

Ohio State, Penn State, and Texas are some of the other programs that are also in the mix for Crowell.

Crowell told 247Sports earlier this month that he's in "no rush" to announce his commitment.
