The Tampa Bay Buccaneers' 2025 schedule is officially here and it takes us one step closer toward the regular season, especially as we head into OTA/minicamp season.

The Bucs have a lot to prove in 2025, as they look to insert themselves into the NFC's elite conversation. When zooming out and looking at the back half of the schedule, it's obvious the team has a clear path to a fifth-straight NFC South title that allows it to obtain the needed experience for a deep playoff run.

So, with that being said, let's dive into the path Tampa Bay has to travel in order to make that happen.

Biggest Games on the Bucs' 2025 Schedule

Bucs vs. Eagles: The Bucs-Eagles rivalry is already deep enough to where it'd be considered one of the biggest games, already. Adding the fact Philly's defending the Lombardi Trophy makes it even bigger, obviously. Todd Bowles has had Jalen Hurts' and Nick Sirianni's numbers over the last few years – can he keep it going?

Bucs at Bills: Tampa Bay travels up North to take on the reigning MVP in Josh Allen. The Bills should be another top Super Bowl contender in 2025, so this will be a huge test for the Bucs. Especially considering how the season starts turn right around the mid-November mark.

Bucs at Lions: The Bucs got their revenge on the Lions last year. 2025's matchup is the perfect chance to show the 20-16 win wasn't a fluke and that the Bucs belong in the same conversation with the NFC's elite.

Bucs at Rams: A lot of people are aware of the Rams' potential, but I still think people are undervaluing just how much potential they have. They are a Super Bowl contender, in my mind, and are easily one of the Bucs' toughest matchups in 2025. The fact Matthew Stafford and Co. are an NFC opponent only makes the situation that more serious.

Primetime matchups with viewing/streaming info

Which games will be primetime viewing and which ones will be streamed?

The Bucs have a total of four primetime games in 2025:

How to watch/stream: Access to ESPN or ESPN+ is required to watch this game. Those two can be obtained through cable, satellite, and/or streaming services.
  • Week 12, Nov. 23, at Rams (SNF), 8:20 p.m. ET

    How to watch/stream:
You must have an Amazon Prime account in order to stream this game. Some local channels will still broadcast the game, but that's not a guarantee.

Strength of Schedule (based off Vegas win totals, not 2024 record)

Warren Sharp of Sharp Football Analysis does this cool thing every year where he ranks teams' strength of schedule based off Vegas' projected win totals for the upcoming season. He doesn't base it off the standard last-year's-record model and it makes a lot more sense, because of all the change teams go through during the offseason.

Sharp has the Bucs' SOS as the 10th-easiest. The NFC South has one of the easiest strength of schedules, as the Panthers, Falcons, and Saints all respectively rank seventh, fourth, and third:
