The Las Vegas Raiders have completed their 2025 NFL Draft and are gearing up for the upcoming season, with training camp on the horizon. However, one key task remains: signing Undrafted Free Agents (UDFAs). These players, who went unselected in the draft, have the potential to earn a spot on the team through offseason workouts or training camp.

And, we have seen some really good UDFAs make the 53-man roster before the season starts. Last year, we saw Amari Gainer, the linebacker from North Carolina and Florida State, make the 53-man roster. Then, Tennessee wide receiver Ramel Keyton made the 53-man roster after being signed as a UDFA.

This year, it could be anyone from Mello Dotson to Jah Joyner, or even the two USC kids in John Humphrey and Greedy Vance, as we know that Pete Carroll has ties to USC from winning a National Championship there, but also still teaching a class there.

So, the Raiders, recently, despite having a few different regimes come in and out, have drafted well, and then followed up their drafts with good UDFA classes. And, based on what we know about Pete Carroll and his time with the Seattle Seahawks, and John Spytek and his time with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and even the Denver Broncos before that, the Raiders could have a good UDFA class.

Just like Gainer last year, this year it could be anyone. There are some very good players in this 2025 class, and the Raiders are already getting started. They have 15 UDFAs on their 90-man roster, with some of them likely being let go due to being over the roster limit, and they have a ton of players that they have invited to the rookie minicamp to see if they have what it takes to make the 90-man roster.

In situations like these, you never know what a team will find out about a player. Oftentimes, it's something as small as a team didn't watch the film on a player because it's impossible to watch the film on every single player. Or, maybe they just got overlooked because of where they play. These things happen, unfortunately, so the Raiders want to make sure they are giving these players a chance to prove themselves, but also giving the franchise its best chance at putting the best 90 players on a roster that they possibly can.

Here are the players they have signed so far:

These are some really good players that had the chance to be taken late in the draft, but the board didn't fall their way with the draft trends late, and are also players that the Raiders need depth for.

Some of the players I'd look out for to make the roster are Mello Dotson, Greedy Vance, Jah Joyner, Jalin Walker, and Hajj-Malik Williams. And, who knows, due to the WR room looking how it does, who is to say that a guy like Zakhari Franklin doesn't make it? Only time will tell, but this is where the competition starts to get really tough.

We will update the tracker as the signings come in.
