At this point, it seems very clear that Detroit Lions defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn is going to be taking a head coaching position this offseason. The New York Jets and the New Orleans Saints seem like the most popular places he could land with the Jets being the team that's reportedly all in on him.

On Thursday we wrote up the four guys from his defensive staff that could follow him wherever he winds up, but a Reddit user asked us who his offensive coordinator could be. There was only one guy that came to mind and that's Buffalo Bills quarterbacks coach Ronald Curry.

After spending eight years in the NFL as a quarterback for the Raiders, Lions, and Rams, Curry joined the coaching world and spent eight seasons with the Saints. Four of those years on staff with Glenn.

Curry has done a lot of different things on offense. He's been an offensive assistant, quarterbacks coach, receivers coach, and passing game coordinator. The Saints even had Curry be the offensive coordinator for the Senior Bowl when they coached in 2023. It's a bit surprising he hasn't taken that role on for any teams yet.

He could be in that role where Glenn winds up. Another name to possibly consider is Lions receivers coach Antwann Randle El.
