Mike Tomlin has never had a losing season as the leader of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

But he also hasn't won a playoff game in nearly 10 years, and his team is limping into the playoffs on a four-game losing streak

That has led many, including Hall of Famer Shannon Sharpe to call out Coach T:

Shannon Sharpe Calls Out Coach Tomlin

"What's the difference between Mike Tomlin and Mike McCarthy?" Asked Sharpe on Monday's edition of First Take on ESPN. "Every year we say the same thing. Even if we can make the same case, we can make the same argument about a lot of coaches. They don't have great quarterback play, but we give Mike Tomlin grace. Look at him. Look at Mike. Mike Tomlin condones a lot of activities that go on. Look at his wide receivers. Look at George Pickens. Look at Diontae Johnson, Chase Claypool, AB [Antonio Brown] who's been the head coach under all those guys? Shouldn't we hold Mike Tomlin accountable for some of the things that go on?"

Coach Tomlin and the Steelers just re-upped this past offseason, with Coach T signing a three-year extension. And to be clear, the Steelers, even right now, are where many fans and franchises wish they were.

In the playoffs, with a shot at a Super Bowl ring.

But the same old song and dance from Pittsburgh has left many wondering if they would be better off starting with a clean slate.

And apparently, other teams have as well, with Coach Tomlin reportedly in trade rumors

“I think there are going to be teams out there that have watched the way that the Pittsburgh Steelers season has ended and wonder whether they should call the Steelers to see if they should inquire about whether the Steelers would be willing to move on from Mike Tomlin and move him to another organization," said NFL insider Adam Schefter on ESPN's Sunday NFL countdown.

"…I don’t think Pittsburgh will do that. That’s not what they’ve been about and there’s no indication that they would. But I do think there are teams wondering if they should lob in a call just to see if they could stir Pittsburgh’s interest.”

So for Steelers fans, it's about to get hot in the kitchen if coach Tomlin and the Steelers close the season on a five-game losing streak and get bounced yet again in round one of the playoffs.

But a win changes everything and that's all anyone in Pittsburgh should be worried about.
