The wife of Denver Broncos rookie quarterback Bo Nix sent an important and heartfelt message to a couple of his teammates this week.
Izzy Nix specifically sent a message Broncos backup quarterbacks Zach Wilson and Jarrett Stidham for the support they showed Nix during the 2024 season.
"Will never find the words for this quarterback room and what they meant to us," wrote Izzy in a post on Instagram. "They were in our corner from start to finish and believed in Bo, when they certainly didn't have to."
There's no doubt that Wilson and Stidham want to be starters in the NFL right now — that's true of every quarterback in the league.
But the fact that they were in Nix's corner when they didn't have to be — that's not how it always goes in the NFL — shows what kind of culture is in Denver.
Sean Payton had a rocky start in Denver in 2023, but the success of Nix and the support he received from Stidham and Wilson in 2024, shows that the Broncos' future is incredibly bright.
