The Alabama Crimson Tide could be in danger of losing a key 2027 four-star commit according to a recent report from Rivals.com national recruiting director Adam Gorney.

Gorney noted this past week that 2027 four-star edge rusher Jabarrius Garror is receiving significant interest from Florida State. Gorney also pointed out that Garror has a "warm spot" for the Seminoles.

"Alabama could have a battle on its hands to keep the four-star defensive end from Prichard (AL) Vigor," wrote Gorney. "Garror was at Florida State recently and loved it, especially since he had access to the coaching staff the whole time he was there and the word is he has a 'warm spot' for the Seminoles in his recruitment."

Garror, 6-foot-2/200 lbs from Mobile, AL, is rated in 247Sports' composite rankings as the No. 8 edge rusher in the nation and the No. 2 player in the state of Alabama. He's also rated as the No. 36 overall player in the 2027 recruiting class.

The talented edge rusher has been committed to the Crimson Tide since late July.

There's still a long way to go in this recruiting battle, so we'll see how it plays out. But it's clear that Kalen DeBoer and his staff are going to have to fight to keep Garror, one of the top 2027 recruits in the nation, committed to Alabama.

Alabama currently has two players committed to its 2027 class (Garror and wide receiver Alexander Ward).
