There's nothing like playoff football.

The energy is unmatched, and while the players do their best to lock in and avoid the outside noise, it's impossible for the home team to not feel the support around them.

That's exactly how it was at Arrowhead Stadium on Saturday.

"This is rocking today, man," Kelce said on the sidelines during a mic'd up segment. "I'm telling you, nothing like playoff atmosphere. It's the most fun you could ever have in life.

"We only got so many of these."

It's that last sentence that really stood out. Kelce is nearing the end of his career, so it's clear that these moments all mean a little bit more to him.

"Can never lose sight of that. No matter how hard it gets, you got to embrace how hard it is and really enjoy that," he added.

Kelce was electric for the Chiefs in their big Divisional Round win. The tight end finished with seven receptions for 117 yards and one touchdown.

He's a leader on and off the field, but many this season have been critical of his performance. However, Kelce's coaches and teammates never had a doubt. They know he's a difference maker.

"Offensively, we probably need to start with Trav (Travis Kelce)," head coach Andy Reid said in his opening statement after the win. "With seven catches for 117 yards (and) a touchdown, he just – that’s why he’s the greatest tight end there has been."

Mahomes completely agreed, and knew that team's are never ready for Kelce in the postseason.

“I told Carson (Wentz) – I said, ‘Those tackles that tackle him (Travis Kelce) in the regular season don’t tackle him in the playoffs.’ He did a good job, he caught the ball, he got off the tackle, broke another tackle and then hit it down the field," Mahomes explained. "He was trying to get the knees up, but I was glad he got us close enough that we were able to get in the end zone.”

Playoff Kelce is in full swing, and they will need both him and all of Chiefs Kingdom to be at their best for the AFC Championship game on Sunday.
