The AFC Championship Game against the Kansas City Chiefs exposed one of the biggest weaknesses on the Buffalo Bills roster — the lack of an elite playmaker on the defensive line. When bringing pressure with just four players, the Bills struggled mightily to generate pressure from the edges. Whether it was Greg Rousseau, Von Miller, or A.J. Epenesa, they pretty much disappeared in the biggest game.

Buffalo desperately needs to address it, and now one of the best pass rushers in the league wants out of their current situation. With Cleveland's Myles Garrett requesting a trade, I'd be surprised if Brandon Beane hasn't already picked up the phone to check in on the situation.

In a statement that Garrett released, he made it abundantly clear that he has one goal and one goal only — to compete for Super Bowls. Not feeling like he's going to be able to do so with the Browns, Garrett wants to move on to be a part of a team that can win.

Buffalo would be an enticing place for him to play. Winning the division five years in a row and making it to two AFC Championship Games, they've been one of the most consistently successful teams in the league outside of Kansas City.

Adding a dominant force like Garrett, who has had at least 14 sacks in each of the last four season, would be a massive game changer. He is perennially one of the best edges in the NFL, and would give the Bills a weapon on defense that opposing offensive coordinators would have to game plan for on a weekly basis. Trading for Garrett wouldn't be cheap, but with Josh Allen in his prime and the Bills narrowly missing the Super Bowl, this is the type of all-in move that Brandon Beane should aggressively be pursuing.
