Kirby Smart's No. 7 Georgia Bulldogs (9-2) wrap up their regular season at home against Georiga Tech in the annual Clean, Old-Fashioned Hate game on Friday night.

A win over the Yellow Jackets would give the College Football Playoff Committee zero reason to keep the Bulldogs out of the playoffs. A loss would mean that Georiga must win the SEC Championship game.

Aside from rooting for a Dawgs win, here are three other matchups in Week 14 that Georgia fans should keep their eye on as the Bulldogs look to lock up a spot in the new 12-team College Football Playoffs.

No. 5 Notre Dame vs. USC

Rooting Interest: Notre Dame lost to NIU, the Trojans can beat them

Ideally, Georgia wants anyone ranked ahead of them to lose. However, this is a realistic matchup in which USC could upset Notre Dame.

Despite their ranking, the Irish are looked at as the best college football team heading into the playoffs. A win would mean they're locked into the playoffs and they would get to host their opponent in South Bend. A loss could put their playoff chances on the line, or mean they're stuck playing a tough matchup on the road — which could very well be the Bulldogs.

No. 12 Clemson vs. No. 15 South Carolina

Rooting Interest: A Clemson victory makes the College Football Playoff Committee look dumber

The College Football Committee hasn't been making things easy for Georgia but Clemson beating South Carolina would give them one less reason to keep disrespecting the Bulldogs.

No. 3 Texas vs. 20 Texas A&M

Rooting Interest: Texas winning means less work for the Georgia staff

A Georgia vs. Texas rematch in the SEC championship might not be what Bulldogs fans want. However, Texas taking down Texas A&M means a familiar face and a lot less work for Georiga's staff since they have most of the homework and prep work done for them.
