The Philadelphia Eagles have officially punched their ticket to a playoff berth after besting the Carolina Panthers 22-16 at home on Sunday afternoon.

This comes after the Arizona Cardinals and Atlanta Falcons both lost on Sunday.

The Eagles are also in good shape to win their division as they now have a three-game lead over the Washington Commanders in the NFC East.

Unfortunately, they're still behind Detroit in the NFC as a whole, so rooting for the Lions to lose until the season is over should be on their list of things to do.

NFC Standings

1. Detroit Lions: 12-1

2. Philadelphia Eagles: 11-2

3. Seattle Seahawks: 8-5

4. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: 7-6

5. Minnesota Vikings: 11-2

6. Green Bay Packers: 9-4

7. Washington Commanders: 8-5

The Eagles; remaining schedule from here is very winnable

Their toughest task left is playing the Pittsburgh Steelers at home before facing the  Washington Commanders on the road.

Then their final two games are against the Dallas Cowboys and New York Giants in Philly.
