'He's asked me to check some things out, couple things' Dan Campbell's comments point to the idea that a Lions trade for an edge rusher could happen at any moment

The Detroit Lions lost Aidan Hutchinson two Sunday's ago and the question ever since has been "when are the Lions going to trade for an edge rusher?" Since Sunday's win over the Vikings, that question has gotten louder since everyone could see how big of a hole Hutchinson's absence made.
Lions head coach Dan Campbell went on 97.1 The Ticket on Tuesday and the comments he made there really seem to point to the Lions not only being open to making a trade, but that this trade could come at any moment.
“Brad’s been grinding on this, ever since last week." Campbell said. "He’s been going and looking at really everything that could potentially be available. And so much of it is the: making the calls. First of all, who do you like on tape? Who is worth something? And it’s not just because somebody says they’re a good player. You’ve got to put your own eyes on it and do the homework. And then, where are they at? How much football do they have left? What salary are we taking on? How does that affect us next year signing our own guys? How much value are you going to have to give up? So all of that stuff plays into it, but believe us, we’re looking. Brad’s on it, and we’ll find somebody that fits us and brings something. Like I said, a complementary piece that helps that d-line.”
Campbell then talked about how in the past when things got serious, Holmes would ask him to take a look at some players before a deal was done. The goal would be that Campbell and Holmes are on the same page. Campbell said Holmes would never force a player on Campbell. So that begged the question, has Holmes come to Campbell lately and asked him to look at some players?
“Yeah, he’s asked me to check something out. A couple things.”
I don't know about you, but that's the most telling thing that's been said since the Hutchinson injury happened. The Lions aren't just looking around and making phone calls, they've reached a level of this where they're having coaches check things out on players. To me this says a trade could happen at any moment in the next week and a half. Be on alert.
