Buffalo Bills' QB Josh Allen started the first seven games of the season without throwing an interception, quieting a common conversation about a big knock on Allen's game. After throwing 18 interceptions last year, it was a welcome change.

Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end eventually. Allen threw his first interception of the year on a second quarter slant attempt to Amari Cooper, who seemed to slip slightly coming out of his break.

According to the broadcast, it was the first interception Allen has thrown in his last 301 pass attempts. Many players and executives used the turnover discussion as the basis for moving Allen further down the ranks at the quarterback position.

The interception was returned deep into the red zone, but for the second straight goal-to-go drive, the Seahawks were kept out of the end zone. Quarterback Geno Smith had his foot stepped on by the center, falling for a sack on 4th and goal.

In a heavy rain up in the Pacific Northwest, Allen got the ball back and went right back to attacking Seattle on the short passing attempts. Khalil Shakir, doing what he seemingly always does, caught everything thrown his way in the first half, reeling in all six of his catches for 56 yards.

The Bills head to halftime up 14-3 and will receive the second half kickoff, giving them an opportunity for the ever-lovely double dip.
