The Georgia Bulldogs (4-1) welcome another SEC opponent Between the Hedges on Saturday with the Mississippi State Bulldogs (1-4) coming to town.

Georgia enters the matchup as massive 32.5-point favorites over Mississippi with the over/under set at 53.5.

The red and black Bulldogs will look to stay on the winning track after taking down Auburn in Week 6. Meanwhile, the maroon and white Bulldogs, who are coming off a bye week, hope to find a spark after losing to Texas in Week 5.

Mississippi State freshman quarterback Michael Van Buren will be making just his second start against Georgia. Buren completed 12 of 23 passes for 144 yards and rushed for a touchdown in his first start against the No. 1 Longhorns.

The Bulldogs had entered that matchup as 37.5-point road underdogs but the defense was able to hold Texas to 35 points, ultimately covering the spread.

Georgia has only covered the spread once this season and 32.5 points could be too much for them unless they take full advantage of the Bulldogs' weak spot.

Where Mississippi State has really struggled this season is stopping the run, so it could be a breakout day for Georgia star running back Trevor Etienne

Mississippi State's run defense ranks 121st among FBS teams and is allowing 213 rushing yards per game this season. In their second game of the season, the visiting Bulldogs allowed Arizona State to literally run through them with 346 rushing yards.

The Georgia Bulldogs' offense, led by Heisman candidate Carson Beck, has averaged 32.4 points a game with 289.8 yards in the air and 131.6 on the ground per game.

Etienne enters this matchup after racking up 300 rushing yards and three touchdowns through four games so far. He's coming off his best game yet this season after posting 88 rushing yards and two scores in the team's win over Auburn.

If Mississippi State can't figure out how to slow Etienne down early, expect the Florida transfer running back to have a day.
