This is the second-consecutive week the Vikings have elevated both Tonyan and Richter. The Vikings need Muse due to him being placed on injured reserve with a broken hand suffered against the San Francisco 49ers. It also gives the Vikings some versatility because Richter did play some inside linebacker.

Richter is needed due to inside linebacker Ivan Pace Jr. missing his second-consecutive game with an ankle injury. Kamu Grugier-Hill will likely get his second-straight start on Sunday.

The Vikings also found out which quarterback they will face. The Packers didn’t elevate quarterback Sean Clifford from the practice squad, meaning Love is healthy enough to play and will likely start.

Malik Willis could still play a factor on Sunday, especially in run based packages to give Love some rest time with his knee.

The Vikings and Packers will kick off at noon on Sunday.
