Browns expert thinks the Raiders have a chance to really exploit one of Cleveland's biggest issues in 2024

The Las Vegas Raiders are in a must-win situation, very much like their counterpart for the Week 4 slate in the NFL. They are set to take on the Cleveland Browns, a team they should beat based on some of the injury issues we have seen on their side, along with offensive struggles. They need this win because, if they don't, it will be hard to bounce back for the postseason.
And, let's just be honest, if you can't beat teams who are really struggling and just bad teams, like the Los Angeles Chargers and Carolina Panthers, the season won't go well unless you get things on track. We know they can do it because they did it in the fourth quarter against the Baltimore Ravens.
To learn a bit more about this Browns team that has struggled so far this year, and is dealing with a ton of injuries, I asked A to Z Sports' Brandon Little, who covers the beat, a few questions.
The Cleveland Browns are having some injuries to their offensive line. With a defensive line like the Raiders have, which is a bit banged-up, do you see that being a problem for Cleveland Sunday in the run-and-pass game?
Brandon: The Browns will undoubtedly miss Wyatt Teller, who is the best run blocker on the team. Rookie Zak Zinter is going to have to step in earlier than expected and make a few starts. Zinter was fine in his time against the Giants, but I expect the Raiders to try to target him in Week 4.
Outside of that, right tackle Dawand Jones has been a bit banged up, though he will be out there. Left tackle Jedrick Wills Jr. was hurt against the Giants in his first game back since last season, so it is up in the air whether or not he will play.
The Browns should get tackle Jack Conklin back this week I would think, so that is a boost. Cleveland’s offensive line has been poor this season and health is the biggest issue. Stopping Maxx Crosby is going to be quite the task, who is the best pass rusher they’ve seen this season right there with Micah Parsons.
The Browns also appear to have some injuries on the defensive line with Myles Garrett. What are you seeing/hearing about him and his availability? Assuming he plays, how effective can a player like him be while still banged up?
Brandon: Garrett has issues going on with both of his feet right now but is not 100 percent. He said he’s still going to be out there and gut through it. Garrett owned Andrew Thomas last week even though he was banged up, forcing Thomas to have one of his worst games perhaps in the NFL ever. Cleveland may limit him on some early downs, but he will be his normal self.
Much like the Raiders, it seems there is a QB controversy with the Browns as well. What has been Watson’s biggest issue so far in 2024?
Brandon: The offense as a whole has been poor in Cleveland. From the play calling to the offensive line, to wide receiver dropping passes, and of course the quarterback. As a whole the offense has to get better, they’ve been one of the worst in the NFL so far this season.
Watson’s biggest issue is processing right now. He is holding onto the ball at times and not seeing open receivers at other times. He has played worse in a Browns’ uniform according to the eye test, but it has been pretty poor this year. If the Raiders disguise looks, they’ll give him problems.

The Raiders will look to bounce back.
