Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills fans won't get a chance to get to the bottom of a heated 2024 NFL draft debate during their Week 11 game.

Chiefs WR Xavier Worthy vs. Bills WR Keon Coleman will forever be linked because of the draft day trade between Buffalo and Kansas City in April 2024. The Chiefs moved up with the Bills to select the Texas speedster, while the Buffalo moved down into the second round to grab Florida State's matchup nightmare.

Both players have been solid for their respective teams through the start of the 2024 NFL season, but the debate still rages on. Who got the better player? You can argue box score and impact until you're blue in the face, but watching the players square off against each other head-to-head in Week 11 would have been the perfect trump card. It also felt like the perfect time for this type of matchup with both players potentially hitting their stride at the midseason point. Unfortunately, fans won't be getting the vindication they were hoping for.

On Monday, Bills HC Sean McDermott told reporters that rookie WR Keon Coleman will not play against the Chiefs. Coleman missed the Bills' Week 10 game against the Indianapolis Colts with a wrist injury. Worthy isn't exactly a sure thing either. He was hurt in the Chiefs' Week 10 game against the Denver Broncos. He came back into the game following his injury, and on Monday, HC Andy Reid didn't indicate that he was dealing with anything substantial

Coleman's game status will certainly make life easier on the Chiefs' secondary, but it won't bring us any closer to an answer on who is the better player.

Other injuries to watch for the Bills in Week 11

Buffalo is pretty banged up heading into Sunday's game. They were without WR Amari Cooper and FB Reggie Gilliam against the Colts in Week 10. Cooper and Gilliam were both described as "improving" from their injuries by McDermott, but the practice week will likely determine their availability for Sunday's game.

TE Dalton Kincaid suffered a knee injury against the Colts that has left his status in major doubt for the Week 11 game against Kansas City. They'll also use the practice week to determine whether he'll be able to give it a go on Sunday.

McDermott also told reporters that the team is opening the practice window for LB Matt Milano, but ruled him out for Week 11 against the Chiefs.

Kansas City will take all of the help they can get, but as a fan of the game, you can't help but be a little disappointed that both teams won't be facing each other at full strength.
